      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve highly complex systems-level customer issues using advanced technical expertise
      - Communicate procedural and technical issues effectively to internal and external customers
      - Identify and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex technical problems
      - Contribute to a centralized problem identification and resolution database
      - Monitor and track all service calls, providing regular status updates to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level technical support
      - Microsoft Hyper-V MCS and/or VMware VCP certification or equivalent hypervisor administration experience
      - Strong TCP/IP-based networking and troubleshooting skills
      - Required experience with storage systems and performance/network optimization
      - B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Python scripting and Ansible
      - Familiarity with Wireshark and packet-level analysis
      - Experience with SQL databases, MongoDB, Oracle, or other databases
      - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
