What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in creating and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date project schedule
- Take customer support calls and emails to address inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with haptic devices
- Escalate complex problems to engineering as necessary
- Manage the RMA process for defective devices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a customer technical support or help desk role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- General PC troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows networking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CAD programs
- Experience with haptic devices
