      Summary
      • This position works to perform deployment and support of phone solutions and mobile devices. Installs and moves hardware when appropriate.
      • This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
      Duties
      • Provide timely technical support to customers within the organization.
      • Help customers in identifying problems, collecting logs, conducting tests, and issue reporting for wireless mobile devices.
      • Provide on-site support to customers within Mosaic Life Care.
      • Solve problems jointly with other teams/Caregivers.
      • Provide technical training to customers.
      Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related area or equivalent background and experience.
      • Working experience in wireless industry is highly desired; Technical background in mobile phone, mobile applications, data applications and computer/internet fields is highly desired.
