      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent future problems
      - Field incoming help requests from end users through various channels such as email and chat
      - Apply diagnostic utilities and perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level
      - Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users
      - Perform ongoing maintenance activities and provide on-call support coverage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - Exceptional customer service orientation for both internal and external customers
      - Experience supporting systems remotely using tools like Remote Desktop and SSH
      - Proficiency with TCP/IP networks and troubleshooting techniques
      - Strong documentation skills and proven analytical problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous controls design experience creating GUIs and HMIs
      - Experience with ISC DHCP, BIND, and server configuration
      - Knowledge of motion control and programming/debugging of servos and VFDs
      - Familiarity with additional programming languages or PLC environments
      - Experience with scripting languages and data log analysis
