What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical guidance to customers deploying cybersecurity solutions
- Monitor the Support queue to ensure tickets are properly processed and assigned
- Replicate, troubleshoot, and document product bugs and defects for escalation
- Develop documentation and FAQs to improve support responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Moderate Network communication troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Cloud hosting technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of technical support experience with troubleshooting solutions deployed in enterprise networks
