      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level technical support to customers via ticketing and live chat systems
      - Troubleshoot complex issues and adapt solutions based on customer context
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and document procedural changes
      - Contribute to a customer-facing knowledge base for self-service case resolution
      - Work with the Customer Success team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
      - Experience in a customer-facing support role for cloud-based or server-based products
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Technical aptitude and strong customer service skills
      - Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
