      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver timely and effective technical support to users of the Guidewire platform, ensuring seamless user experience
      - Coordinate the issue resolution process, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders until issues are resolved
      - Provide post-training support and reinforce best practices for new agent locations
      - Conduct quality assurance testing on the Guidewire system to ensure reliability and performance
      - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to align with best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three or more years of experience in an information technology capacity
      - Experience with the Guidewire platform, including Policy Center, Producer Engage, and Billing Center
      - Strong understanding of customer-facing digital portals, databases, and billing systems
      - Proficient in both verbal and written communication, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
      - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

      - Knowledge of commercial insurance or financial services proprietary extranets
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to foster effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners
