      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal staff
      - Triage support requests through various channels including email, phone, and live chat
      - Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
      - Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and provide status updates
      - Assist with user acceptance testing and facilitate end-user testing of application releases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support, help desk, technical troubleshooting, or customer service
      - Two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience along with a high school diploma
      - Excellent telephone and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in standard office equipment and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Applications
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Previous experience in software or help desk support
      - Familiarity with health care or clinical laboratory administration
