      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive technical support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
      - Respond promptly to incoming contacts regarding workflow issues, application errors, access problems, and functionality concerns
      - Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to scripts, workflows, and corporate policies
      - Escalate complex technical and application issues to appropriate teams as necessary
      - Identify areas for improvement in processes, products, or services while ensuring exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of healthcare systems customer service experience
      - Must demonstrate shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
      - Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
      - Experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Strong bilingual skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish
