What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various product equipment
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through continuous communication
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams and review engineering change notices
- Communicate service-related documentation to customers and technical support team members
- Collaborate in training efforts to enhance proficiency on product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field or a related area
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair work
- Familiarity with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate team meetings and communications
