      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to calls, emails, and instant messages related to IT issues
      - Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve or route IT incidents and service requests
      - Document all customer interactions in the ServiceNow platform
      - Provide on-call support as needed for urgent IT issues
      - Process IT Global Event Notifications and support ITIL major incident/problem management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of technical customer support experience, preferably in a call center
      - Understanding of ITIL Service Desk operations and incident management
      - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and Network Troubleshooting
      - Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management frameworks
      - Prior experience in a fast-paced technical support environment
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
