      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for the HireVue Hiring Assistant product
      - Work closely with Customer Success Directors and customers to address support requests and challenges
      - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using HireVue Hiring Assistant and related products
      - Contribute to the success of customers by delivering prepared and efficient engagements
      - Identify opportunities for systemic changes and process improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Preferred experience in tier 2 technical support
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in technology and navigating multiple systems, such as Excel, Google Sheets, Django, JSON, Splunk, Snowflake, and Zendesk
      - Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
      - Effective collaboration skills for identifying solutions
      - Critical thinking ability to understand end-to-end processes and data flows
      - Passion for customer partnership and collaboration
