Job Description
- Req#: TFSCGLOBALR01298673EXTERNALENGLOBAL
- Support customers, selling sites, channel partners, account managers and other technical support teams globally with technical advice in microbiology and log all technical enquiries.
- Manage all necessary processes for technical and instrumentation customer complaints. Including taking and processing in the Quality Notification module in SAP. Manage complaints on third party supplied products by working with vendors. Preparing customer-facing reports detailing the outcome of technical complaint investigations within agreed timescales.
- Act as customer advocate to other functions
- Participate in continuous improvement of our technical support offering, in-line with customer needs
- Microbiology application knowledge
- Outstanding customer facing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative teamwork
- Graduate or equivalent in Microbiology, Biomedical or Biological Science
- At least three years relevant laboratory experience (microbiology laboratory)
- Strong customer service focus with ability to solve problems and offer effective solutions
- experienced in the use of SAP
- Proficient in Italian and English, any other European language preferable
- Solid understanding of the Microbiology Division product range
- Organized and diligent
