      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical troubleshooting and user support via phone, ticket, chat, and deskside
      - Assist with setup, configuration, and support of various technologies
      - Liaison with support and engineering teams for LAN/WAN, server hardware, and business applications
      - Ensure timely installation/support of hardware
      - Perform other duties as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of progressive experience in end-user computing support and desktop support
      - B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or certificate from accredited technical school
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple operating systems, Internet browsers
      - Experience installing and supporting PCs, printers, peripherals, routers, etc.
      - Strong communication and documentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a corporate environment
      - Certifications in relevant technical areas
      - Familiarity with ITIL framework
