      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inquiries and chat messages from customers regarding technical issues
      - Diagnose and resolve problems for end users
      - Maintain the company ticketing system and document technical issues and solutions
      - Provide step-by-step guidance to users for troubleshooting and resolving issues
      - Monitor platform performance and escalate complex issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of B2B/B2C technical and customer support experience
      - High proficiency in digital tech tools, including FreshDesk, ZenDesk, Intercom, Salesforce, and project management tools
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience using a tech platform

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in out-of-home, media, advertising, or marketing
      - Previous role using a tech platform within a related industry
      - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Quip
