What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide frontline support by managing approximately 50 tickets per day through Intercom, Slack, and email
- Meet strict SLAs with a first response time of ?5 minutes and resolution target of ?30 minutes
- Triage and troubleshoot issues using Google Cloud Console and Firebase
- Document incidents, maintain runbooks, and ensure clear communication with customers
- Collaborate with Success and Forward Deployed Engineers for escalations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be US-based and available during US East Coast hours; on-call capability required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume technical support with strict SLAs
- Proficient with Intercom, Slack, Gmail, and ticketing systems
- Comfortable using Google Cloud Console and Firebase; ability to read JSON
- Clear and calm communicator with clinicians and administrators; knowledge of HIPAA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in healthcare support; experience with EHR navigation (Athena preferred)
- Experience in a startup or contract-to-hire environment
- Basic understanding of scheduling workflows and QA checks
