POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The position is responsible for providing post sales subject matter expert technical support and training on Ingersoll Rand compressed air products in support of customers and authorized channel partners.
Follow standard work procedures, handing escalated customer issues, coordinating the development of the service team technical capability to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention to assure company business goals are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supporting BU’s compression system product which includes Centrifugal Compressor, Rotary Compressor, Dryer, Blower etc.
2. Providing technical support for Field service team for the region in solving field issues, Includes machine commissioning.
3. Collecting data and information from Field and raising product issue tickets in RMS system. Attending RMS review meeting to support improvement.
4. Administrate the warranty claim for all product. Centrifugal, Rotary, Blower, Vacuum, Dryer etc.
5. Conducting training and coaching to the service technician for Centrifugal, Rotary and Air system accessories product.
6. Prepare the technical experience/Bulletin document etc. to share with technician.
7. Providing parts identification and specification support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Graduate with Bachelor or master degree
2. 5+ years’ experience in technical work environment. Experience and ability to work effectively acting on own initiative with minimal supervision requirement
3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to prepare the training material and conduct technical training and coaching.
4. Fluent in English Language. Fluent in Chinese is prefer.
5. Able to travel to support South Asia Region
6. Strong Interpersonal Skills, self-motivation and ability to make and defend complex decisions.
