      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems using documented procedures and checklists
      - Enter call data into a tracking system for issue management

      - Provide support for customers ordering products through the employer's website
      - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow up on issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
      - Experience in assisting customers with web-based ordering
      - Proficiency in using multiple web browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome, etc.)
      - Competence in a Windows and MS Office environment
      - Ability to problem-solve and investigate issues with minimal information
