What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for all product lines offered by the employer
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer technical support requests
- Document all activities in established databases and applicable forms
- Perform research for service tickets to ensure accurate resolutions are provided
- Support training and field service activities as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of trade school in HVAC/R or related areas
- 3 or more years of experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R industry
- Type II EPA certification for the handling and reclamation of refrigerants
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, German, French, or Italian) are a plus
- Familiarity with BMS Controls (BACnet & Modbus RTU)
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, controls diagrams, and piping diagrams
