      Position Summary
      We are looking for a Technical & Quality Management Intern based at our Montreal location for the months of May to August 2024. This role will be responsible for supporting the daily reporting and managing tasks of the B2C and B2B aftersales and QSSH (quality, safety, security, and health) departments.

      A day in the life of B2C / B2B Technical Intern
      As Technical Intern you will be working on strategizing B2C and B2B aftersales ideas, as well as creating and maintaining KPI reports. You will be involved in measuring and monitoring internal and external KPI’s of the aftersales and QSSH departments.

      You will also:

      • Measure, analyse and report TQM KPI’s.
      • Brainstorm strategies of continuous improvement.
      • Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally to Nestlé ensuring the successful implementation of our aftersales or quality and safety related projects

      What will make you successful?
      As the successful candidate, you will be the champion and representative of the aftersales technical and QSSH departments throughout the organization and our B2B and B2C services partners so you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results-oriented and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market. You will also:

      • Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate program with an emphasis in Engineering or Business
      • Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
      • Bilingual (French & English) is required
      • Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
      • Be capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
      • Have the ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
      • Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills.
      • Be passionate to build and grow brands, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
