What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, develop, plan, and edit Functional Release Notes for Product Management
- Conduct interviews and attend meetings with Product Managers to gather relevant information for documentation
- Communicate effectively with PM/POs to align messaging with customer expectations
- Research and translate technical information to ensure clarity for end-users
- Produce Release Notes that meet company documentation and quality assurance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Strong ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner
- Experience in engineering and improving processes for quality deliverables
- Familiarity with existing documentation to ensure alignment with customer expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- French speaker, particularly Canadian French, to assist with documentation review
- Experience with technical documentation in the Property & Casualty industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards in documentation
- Prior experience in product management or related fields
