- Install cabling needed for various field devices.
- Basic terminations of cables by device type
- Install basic devices in the field.
- Basic understanding of field components

- Possess a basic understanding of industry related tools, proficient in use.
- Ability to use power tools, effectively and safely.
- Work independently or as part of a team, able and willing to take direction and execute those directives effectively and efficiently.

Technician 1 works on customer sites in a variety of environments including new construction, remodels, and operating facilities. This position is also responsible for complying with Encore standards for Safety, Culture and Customer Service.
Compensation for this role: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experienceGeneral Responsibilities
