- Provision and deploy new Windows and Mac devices
- Triage and respond to Tier 1 help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Work closely with the Network Engineer and System Administrator on daily IT operations
- Maintain and update documentation as needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Support additional IT functions as needed, including networking, security, and system administration tasks
- 12+ months of hands-on IT support or help desk experience
- Experience using a ticketing system to track and resolve issues
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute beyond traditional help desk duties
- Exposure to Active Directory or system administration tasks
- Familiarity with Apple School Manager
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking principles
