      Job Description

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Follow procedures and process flows as set by the engineer.
      • Provide support to engineers during new setups and buy-off activities for processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and materials in the Development/NPI phase.
      • Perform daily monitoring of new processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and material usage during the Development/NPI phase.
      • Summarize daily build activities and report any technical issues to the engineer.
      • Conduct preliminary data analysis.
      • Perform initial troubleshooting and problem-solving for new processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and materials during the Development/NPI phase.
      • Attend and successfully complete required training as per company policies.
      • Attend and pass certification for training related to assigned equipment and processes.
      • Attend and pass certification for special training required for working in specific areas or with special equipment (e.g., confined space, XRF equipment) in accordance with Thai legal requirements.

      Qualifications

      REQUIRED:

      • Diploma or higher degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
      • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
      • Able to work in a cleanroom area
      • Able to work in shifts (4 off 2)

      PREFERRED:

      • Experience in hard disk drive manufacturing is an added advantage.
      • In-depth knowledge of slider fabrication processes.
      • Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and contamination impacts related to hard disk drive manufacturing.
      • Knowledge of SPC systems, applications, and rules.
      • Flexible and adaptable

      SKILLS:

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Ability to extract, summarize, interpret, and present data effectively.
      • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
