Job Description
- Req#: 7123
- Maintains all electrical and electronic single and three phase meters (kwh billing meters) used by Santee Cooper's distribution customers. Essential Job Tasks:
- Completes inventory control cycle counts twice per month to manage shop inventory levels.
- Receives meter shipments and strategically places new meters behind old meters to use older stock first.
- Cleans and inspects watt-hour meter components and covers, detecting damaged and/or defective parts.
- Completes accuracy testing of single-phase watt-hour meters.
- Loads and unloads meters using forklift.
