- Read and follow digital construction designs displayed throughout the shop
- Pick, stage, and cut lumber to precise specifications
- Assemble trusses and wood panels using hand and power tools
- Maintain a fast-paced, physically active workflow (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 8 hours)
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor
- Proficiency with tools such as drills, saws, nail guns, and tape measures
- Ability to interpret written instructions and construction blueprints
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and a strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
