      Position Summary...

      Warehouse Utility associate

      What you'll do...

      We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the receiving, picking, inventory, and quality control teams, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

      What you'll do:

      • Receiving
        • Receive all inbound trucks at the warehouse
        • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse by sweeping daily
        • Process all inbound shipments in the system using a computer
        • Move inbound items from receiving area to their designated storage locations
        • Train to operate stand up forklift, pallet rider, and reach truck
        • Assist in training and support for other departments as needed

      • Picking
        • Picks items using handheld scanner
        • Prepare shipments by using bander and manual shrink wrap
        • Help condense pallets in the picking zones as space is available
        • Must be able to train to operate stand up forklift, pallet rider, and reach truck
        • Assist in training and support for other departments as needed
        • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse by sweeping daily

      • Inventory
        • Processes daily cycle count events using a handheld
        • Train to operate stand up forklift, pallet rider, and reach truck
        • Assist in training and support for other departments as need
        • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse by sweeping daily

      • Quality Control
        • Responsible for auditing all outbound
        • Build branded boxes
        • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse by sweeping daily
        • Train to operate stand up forklift, pallet rider, and reach truck
        • Assist in training and support for other departments as needed

      What you'll bring:

      • High school diploma or equivalent
        • Must be 18 years of age or older
        • Desire to work in a fast – paced environment
        • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
        • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
        • Must pass a drug and background check
        • Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs independently; team lifts for heavier

      The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

      *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

      Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

      Minimum Qualifications...

      Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
      Valid Driver's License.
      Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
