Job Description

- Repair, Staging, Configuration printers
- Picking & packing using a modern Workshop/Warehouse Management system
- Processing returned parts, inbound reciept & put-away
- Workshop Hygiene, H&S of all employees
- Processing Operation of customer management systems
- Operation of hand held scanners, Operation
- Productivity measured daily, Accuracy measured against productivity.
- Experience within a workshop environment. Repair, Staging and configuration of Printers
- Understanding of asset management, systems use, various operating systems, repair tools, soldering, component swap out.
- Maintains effective relationships with customers
- Develops / delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
- Focuses on customer needs and gains their commitment
