      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct process/product audits and provide feedback to production
      • Conduct product and component tests, using various lab equipment
      • On-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshooting
      • Administer and maintain hold tag system
      • Assist production personnel in solving quality related issues
      • Assist Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activities
      • Perform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis Studies
      • Must be willing to work overtime on the opposite shift

      Qualifications:

      • Must be able to operate a computer
      • Must have working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
      • Must be able to operate and interpret measurement equipment
      • Must possess good math skills
      • Ability to read and interpret basic statistical date preferred
      • Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
      • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
      • Knowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant preferred
      • Must have good attendance and a strong work record

      Must have the able to work 12-hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 schedule.
