Job Description
- Req#: 13230
- Receiving incoming bean documents, input information in Agris system computer.
- Receive and file meal documents.
- Receive and file oil truck documents.
- Hand out meal, oil, and various documents to customers, weigh trucks in and out.
- Must be willing to work with fellow technicians in a professional manner.
- During shutdowns the technician must perform special duties as assigned.
- Work areas must be kept in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Computer knowledge.
- Have the ability to relate to managers, office personnel and customers.
- Be a well organized individual.
- Must complete annual training classes as required on Environmental, Health and Safety.
- Must complete a thorough on the job training program
- Must be willing to fill in on shift as needed (i.e. employee sickness, employee vacations, breakdowns, etc).

Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Global Grains and Processing Division. We are looking for a Scale Technician Associate in our soy bean processing facility. The Scale Technician is responsible for being in direct contact with customers, and handling documents of incoming and outgoing products. You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be detail oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset.
