      Dans le cadre d'un remplacement suite à un congé maternité, le service production recherche un ou une nouvelle technicienne de production en CDD (9 mois).

      Missions principales :

      Gestion de projets :

      • Piloter des projets d'amélioration continue au sein du service production.
      • Définir les objectifs, les étapes clés, et les livrables des projets.
      • Assurer le suivi des projets et la communication avec les parties prenantes.

      Amélioration continue :

      • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de production.
      • Collaborer en transversalité avec les services supports (maintenance, logistique, méthodes, etc.).
      • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques et organisationnelles pour améliorer la productivité et réduire les coûts.

      Collaboration avec le service qualité :

      • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service qualité pour garantir la conformité des processus et des produits.
      • Participer à la résolution des non-conformités et à la mise en place d'actions correctives.

      Relation avec les opérateurs de production :

      • Être à l'écoute des opérateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs problématiques.
      • Accompagner les équipes sur le terrain pour assurer une bonne communication et le déploiement des solutions.

      Réactivité et gestion des priorités :

      • Réagir rapidement aux situations imprévues et proposer des solutions adaptées.
      • Gérer efficacement les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

      Animation de groupes de travail :

      • Participer et/ou animer des groupes de travail sur des thématiques spécifiques
      • Favoriser la collaboration et l'engagement des équipes dans les initiatives d'amélioration.

      Type de contrat : CDD de remplacement d'une durée de 9 mois
