- Training and ongoing support for eRx users and clients
- Conducting product demos and recording trainings and videos for clients
- De-escalation and resolution of escalated issues
- Reporting and analytics production related to key metrics and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- Technology implementation experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally and regionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the medical field
- Excel and reporting experience
- Experience with building customer relationships and problem solving
- Technology experience
