Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end design process for digital properties, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and develop design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and incorporate findings into the design process.
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate on solutions based on feedback and usability testing results.
5. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on design best practices, industry trends, and professional development opportunities.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies, design tools, and industry trends in user experience design and financial services, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
