- Track record of defining and successful delivery of new solutions from concept to launch and rollout.
- Develop test strategy in TDD, along with Change management experience.

- Business Analyst/Capital Markets & Fixed Income.
- Experience of working with technology teams to clearly explain requirements, user stories, functionality
- Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
- Problem solving skills - superior ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of technology/analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop recommendations
- Strong organizational skills - ability to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage project plans. Proven ability to frame opportunity, own issues and have the determination to follow tasks/issues through to resolution
- Client engagement skills - ability to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts and other stakeholders on projects
- Ability to multi-task and deliver to a tight deadline
- Familiarity with oracle , modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- An understanding of the investment banking - experience in one or more of the following business areas is a major plus : Fixed Income, FX, F&O, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Hedge Funds
As a Technology Business Analyst within our Onboarding Solutions Team, you will be tasked with analyzing Business Requirements to comprehend the specific needs of the business and determine the most effective functional solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that strategic builds align with the overarching onboarding solution. You will also contribute to the design, implementation, and testing phases of strategic projects within the onboarding space reference data agenda, utilizing agile (scrum) methodology.
