      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant within the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) team. This individual will identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.

      In this role, you will:

      • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements (i.e. Gateway Support via email, phone, Teams, etc.)
      • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet-based solutions
      • Present recommendations for resolving business problems (i.e. work with Technical Writing to create & revise user guides, identify areas of enhancement with Gateway Developers)
      • Exercise some independent judgment when developing project plans and schedules
      • Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
      • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
      • Troubleshoot issues and fix related defect; assist with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue along with solutions
      • Communicate with other teams to ensure all issues are fully resolved as needed


      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of client service or related (large/enterprise) business experience
      • 2+ years with client authentication tools
      • Knowledge and understanding of database provisioning baselines and standards
      • 1+ year of Gateway Enterprise Channels with technologies (i.e. SDK’s, API’s)
      • Knowledge and understanding of technical writing: online documentation
      • Experience overseeing escalated technical troubleshooting and complex analysis efforts for prompt recovery of major issues (i.e. server logs to investigate customer-reported issues)
      • Splunk Certification

      Job Expectations:

      Pay Range

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $26.59 - $47.26
