      WHAT TO EXECT

      During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to the company's mission to drive integrity in the automotive industry by being honest & transparent in every interaction. You will work alongside teams directly impacting the company. The 10-week program encourages professional growth, development of technology skills, and the opportunity for cross-team collaboration.       • Focus on designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software for both our customers and our associates.
      • Immerse yourself in a fast paced, dynamic Agile environment where innovation and collaboration are keys to our success
      • Participate in business customer meetings, design sessions, and presentations to Senior Technology Leaders
      • Contribute to products/projects that enable the success of our associates
      • Attend social events and volunteer opportunities with other interns and team members

      To excel in this internship, you should possess a range of technical and interpersonal skills, including:

      • Proficiency in programming languages and software design patterns
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
      • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

      QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

      • Passion for learning and developing both soft and technical skills
      • Ability and desire to collaborate to solve original, wide-ranging, and open-ended business and technical problems
      • Coursework/projects, research, internships or other practical experience in/outside of work
      • Computer Science or Business Information Technology Degree preferred
      • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

      The hourly rate for this position is: $35/hr
