      Technology Operational Transformation Summer Intern

      The Corporate Technology Operational Transformation team is responsible for identifying operational improvements and managing projects that deliver those optimizations. The team collaborates closely with various development teams and users to ensure the adoption of strategic platforms and the retirement of legacy ones.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with technology teams to problem solve and plan solutions that meet business needs and align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
      • Automate gathering and analyzing data by writing scripts (using Python/Powershell etc)
      • Identify process optimizations and assist in their implementation
      • Perform data analysis to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
      • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and changes to the plan
      • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

      Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

      • Rising seniors or Master’s students who are interested in a future career at a premier alternative asset financial services firm
      • Major in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other Technology focused areas preferred
      • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages preferred
      • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above required
      • Experience with both Windows and Unix/Linux environments preferred
      • Knowledge of SQL preferred
      • Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
      • Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
