Stage PC hardware and hardware peripherals for safe packing, labeling, and shipping
Inventory validation, cycle counts, quarterly audits
Box and unbox desktop and laptop equipment
Participate in and support implementation of business solutions
Review tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained
Audit complex critical systems delivery for business processes
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Provide technology information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders
6+ months of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Proficiency with fulfillment center procedures and policies
Experience with inventory management software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to lift 45+ pounds
Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Associate to ensure efficient operations in our Phoenix, AZ configuration center. Working in our team environment, you will make an impact by ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders by packing, labeling, and shipping equipment that our Wells Fargo team members require to successfully complete their roles. You will work in a production role in a high-volume shipping facility.
