What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team to design, develop, and manage applications that enhance colleague and client experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product features
- Analyze user needs and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Communicate product updates and manage stakeholder expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience
- Experience in aligning product roadmaps with organizational goals
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and communication among team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of product requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Relevant experience in product management or development
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience in monitoring product adoption and gathering user feedback
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
