What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' proven track record in recruiting Tech/Data/Analytics talent
- Prior Information Technology recruiting experience with advanced sourcing strategies
- Experience managing large scale hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship skills and ability to work effectively as a team player
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
