- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT service management to drive continuous improvement.
- Possess a deep understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have experience in developing and maintaining IT infrastructure documentation.
