- Ensuring customers begin their ownership experience knowing how to fully operate their vehicles and consistently attain high scores and positive feedback on surveys.
- Act as a technology specialist. Research current technology to stay up to date on the latest gadgets/apps (iPad, Bluetooth, iPod, smart phones, etc).
- Proactively seek out information to master all vehicle features, controls and accessories on vehicles.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ask if they have any questions.
- Coordinates the delivery process of sold vehicles to customers; ensures that customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Works as a member of a well-rehearsed team showing utmost attentiveness and respect to colleagues and guests alike.
- Coordinates the vehicle delivery time with finance and sales staff to accommodate the guest’s schedule.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturday’s
- Communicates work accomplishments and activities to supervisor on a regular basis.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.
- Work with the sales department to ensure the vehicle has made it through the process and is in the delivery room and ready prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Must have a valid Iowa driver’s license
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with insurance provider
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
