      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
      - Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high-speed internet services and devices
      - Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to solve customer issues
      - Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues and network problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems
      - Proven oral and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills
