      Responsabilidades:

      • Crear documentación tales como Ayudas visuales de calidad, Alertas de Calidad, Instrucciones especiales de trabajo, formatos, o recolectar datos.
      • Asistir y/o llevar a cabo entrenamientos en documentación requerida para mejoras/investigaciones/proyectos.
      • Asegurar que los formatos son llenados y los datos recolectados correspondiente de cada Proyecto o investigación, como se requiere.
      • Monitorear los procesos relacionados a las mejoras si es necesario, mediante herramientas específicas y definidas (Pareto, metodología de solución de problemas, etc).
      • Dar seguimiento en actividades asignadas en un análisis causa raíz, tal como recolectar datos, monitoreo de fallas, documentación y entrenamiento.
      • Soporte directo al ingeniero de calidad de proyectos (PQE) en las corridas de prueba de investigaciones requeridas.
      • Seguir el rol de calidad según lo requiera el procedimiento NC (por ejemplo, originador, propietario, etc.)
      • Dar soporte auditando efectividades en implementación de NC / CAPA's / planes de eventos, si es requerido.


      Requisitos:

      • Preparatoria o carrera trunca; o de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura o areas de inspeccion.
      • Disponible para rotar turnos
      • Habilidades de liderazgo y manejo de personal, preferible.
      • Experiencia en el uso de equipos de prueba/medición, preferible.
      • Experiencia trabajando en áreas de inspección de calidad, preferible.
      • Habilidades básicas de computación (Word, Excel, Power Point) y otros sistemas.
