- Member of the Club for at least one year
- They attend the Club at least two days a week.
- Creating content that will catch maximum member interest.
- Collaborating with BGCMA’s marketing team to decide the brand taglines and other promotional material.
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new content ideas.
- Post on social media 1-2 days a week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work as a team player
- Proficient with Instagram and Ticktock
- Knowledge of design programs, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, Cap cut a plus

JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a member who is passionate about the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and wants to talk about all of the amazing things that are happening within our clubs? If so, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta’s Teen Brand Ambassador Program may be the perfect fit for you!
Working under the direction of the Marketing Managers, the Teen Brand Ambassador will support brand marketing and digital communications efforts of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA). The successful candidate will have a creative and innovative spirit, exhibit the values of the organization and is engaging and personable. This person should also possess a desire to learn about marketing & communications fields in the areas of brand management, media relations, and content creation for web and social media.
This is truly a unique opportunity for our members who have a serious interest in pursuing a career in content creation, marketing & digital media. Once selected, TBAs will go through media training led by BGCMA Marketing & Communication staff, and external communications professionals. Upon completion of the media training, TBAs will create and edit content highlighting teen programs and activities at their Club and org-wide events (Camp Kiwanis, Youth of the Year Keystone, etc.). They will be asked to publish this content for our social media pages and the BGCMA website.
The BGCMA Teen Brand Ambassador position will be for a one year duration. Each TBA will receive mentorship and guidance during their ambassadorship as well as the opportunity to attend free digital media and branding trainings, enriching field trips and exciting brand events and more!
