- Responsible for the collaborative planning and implementing of daily Teen After-School programming
- Coordinate and support special events, family programming, teen-specific programming and activities with direction from the Youth Experience Director
- Work closely with school and Y personnel to ensure positive outcomes for students and connection between the school, students, families and the Y.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Y employees, school personnel and administration, students and families.
- Assist with transportation supervision
- Maintain written attendance data, meal count records, collect assessment data and provide reports as necessary.
- Represent North YMCA teen programs at community events and resource fairs
- Operate daily groups in a ratio of 1:20 comfortably
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for a diverse group of young adults ages 11-17
- Facilitate group games, physical activities, STEM and creative arts projects, and more!
- At least 21+ Years Old
- Education, Recreation Management or similar related Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Available to work between 9am-6pm
- Reliable transportation

Salary: $18.50-20.50 per hour
Full Time (38-40 hours)
