What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and support the Telecom Expense Management System and Carrier Services Vendors
- Audit Internet Service Providers and process Infrastructure Technology AP invoices
- Troubleshoot ISP related network outages and performance issues
- Collaborate with various teams for billing reconciliation and project management
- Coordinate telecommunications wired services and equipment orders, as well as moves, adds, and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Tangoe TEM software and billing systems (Concur preferred)
- Experience in carrier contract management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving Internet outages
- Ability to coordinate and oversee Telco orders and MACDs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Cradlepoint devices
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki switches and wireless access points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments
