- Design, implement, and maintain hospital telecommunications systems, including Mitel MX-One, Solidus Agent, and Call Express voicemail.
- Configure VoIP endpoints and manage phone architecture across departments and satellite locations.
- Monitor system performance, apply updates, and troubleshoot issues with call routing, call quality, and connectivity.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and coordinate with Desktop Technicians.
- Maintain documentation for call flows, extension assignments, and system configurations.
- Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance with telecom vendors and support providers.
- Patch and document network cables and phone infrastructure.
- Generate system usage and performance reports; manage telecom budgets.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide emergency support as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in telecom systems management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Mitel MX-One and Solidus Agent.
- Strong working knowledge of PBX, VoIP, and wireless communications.
- Project coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support.
- Extension configuration, call flow design
