- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Six (6) months related experience. (Telecom , PBX Operators or Call Center experience)
- Basic Computer Skills.

Get to Know Your Team:
ResponsibilitiesReceives and transfers incoming customer calls and provides other support services including but not limited to paging staff, assisting with general information, and providing after-hour phone services. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
