      Get to Know Your Team:

      • Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 healthcare clinics, and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds, and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 healthcare providers.

      Responsibilities

      Receives and transfers incoming customer calls and provides other support services including but not limited to paging staff, assisting with general information, and providing after-hour phone services. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.


      Qualifications

      Job Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      • Six (6) months related experience. (Telecom , PBX Operators or Call Center experience)

      • Basic Computer Skills.
