      Customer Success Representative
      We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (CSR) who is passionate about supporting clients, building strong relationships, and helping businesses get the most from our technology. As a CSR, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients. You’ll help them discover the full value of the platform, offer solutions that support their goals, and ensure their success with the technology.       What You’ll Do:

      • Be a proactive, friendly point of contact for your clients, building trust and providing support that meets their unique needs.
      • Stay in regular communication to understand their goals and identify ways to improve their experience.
      • Help clients get the most out of their GPS fleet tracking systems, from onboarding through ongoing usage and upgrades.
      • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless experience.
      • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new features, services, or pricing solutions.
      • Troubleshoot any issues with services or tech to ensure a quick resolution and client satisfaction.
      • Track key account metrics and share insights with the team to continuously improve our service.
      • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values inclusion, learning, and innovation.

      What We’re Looking For:
      • Experience in customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with high-level business clients.
      • A natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
      • Comfortable working with data and digital tools to solve problems and spot opportunities.
      • Organized, self-motivated, and good at managing your time.
      • Excited about learning and adapting in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.


      Technical Requirements:

      • Desktop or Laptop Computer (Tablets, Chromebooks, WinBooks, Macs etc are not permitted)
      • Processor: i5 or newer (or Ryzen 5+) 2GHZ processing power or better
      • Minimum 8GB RAM
      • 256 GB SSD
      • High Speed Internet Access with 20MBPS Download and 20MBPS Upload or better
      • You are unable to use a wireless internet connection for this position, you must be hardwired
      • VPN's are not permitted while on the clock
      • Dual Monitors, at least 20 inch.
      • You must have administrator access on the computer you are using.


      Job Type: Full-time
      Pay Rate: $20 per hour
      Training: Fully Paid Training
      Benefits: Benefits eligible after 60 days. Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more.

      A background check and drug screening are required for this position.
